Altura is a small bean of impeccable quality. Light bodied and breezy with good acidity, its flavor is mild and refreshing in the cup.

Plantings of this coffee were originally made from Jamaican Blue Mountain seeds. It still exhibits a mild, slightly aromatic, full flavor while also incorporating a touch of earthiness characteristic of its Indonesian neighbors.

It was here, many centuries ago, that coffee first grew wild, and this is the bean capable of igniting a worldwide passion for coffee. Full bodied and aromatic with good acidity, its flavor is mildly winey with a surprising, sweet finish.

Supremo is the finest and most recognized arabica produced by Colombia, the world's leading exporter of arabicas. These characteristically large, attractive beans make a brew that is full bodied, rich and smooth with a slightly winey flavor.

One of the oldest and most popular blends, combining Ethiopian and Indonesian coffees. A well-balanced, heavy bodied favorite with medium acidity and earthy undertones.

The Mad Elf is a cheerful creation to warm your heart and enlighten your tongue. The combination of cherries, honey, and chocolate malts delivers gentle fruits and subtle spices. Fermented and aged with a unique yeast, this ruby red beer has significant warming strength that underlies the pleasant character of this intriguing yet delicious Ale. ABV: 11.0% IBUs: 15

An ale of 5.9% abv with a big malty, almost smokey Black Malt character, a bitter attack from Fuggle hops, a rich barleymalt finish, some dried coconut hints and an old ale acidity around the edges. We’ve even timed its tan head, standing proud for ten minutes! The name “Saint Botolph’s Town” is in tribute to our great home in America: Boston.
